By accessing or using BongaDonate ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
"Donor" means a user who contributes funds to campaigns. "NGO" means a non-governmental organization that creates campaigns to raise funds. "Administrator" means a BongaDonate platform operator. "Campaign" means a fundraising initiative created by an NGO.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. NGOs must undergo a verification process before accepting donations.
All donations are final and non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund and Dispute Policy. Donations are processed through third-party payment gateways. BongaDonate charges a 2.5% processing fee on donations.
NGOs must complete a verification process including submission of registration documents, tax records, and identification. BongaDonate reserves the right to reject or revoke verification at its discretion.
Users may not: (a) use the Platform for any illegal purpose; (b) create fraudulent campaigns; (c) manipulate donation data; (d) harass other users; (e) attempt to circumvent security measures.
BongaDonate is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost donations or unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
